WHAT SHOULD BE CHECKED - Verify the customer has wired the normally open contact to pins 39 & 40. 12V power should be wired to pin 38 and COM/GND wired to pin 41
POSSIBLE CAUSE - 3rd party reciever wiring is incorrect or the incorrect type of switch has been used
